Testimonials
My relationship with Peggy began several years ago when she found me a horse to lease to start riding lessons in her program. As I progressed up the levels so did the quality of the horses she had me ride. With Peggy’s help, I purchased my first serious dressage horse, an Oldenburg gelding named Watik Wadai (Voom). Voom earned me the USDF Bronze Medal in our first outings and was the 2014 DASC 3rd Level AA Champion. Voom and I showed up to 4th level before his untimely death.
After a long search, Peggy found my next horse, a Lusitano stallion, Xacur HM (Zac). Zac and I started at 4th level and quickly progressed to Prix St. Georges. Zac allowed me to obtain my USDF Silver Medal in our first shows together. In 2018, Zac won the USDF All Breeds 4th Level Purebred AA, Open and Vintage Cup award and was also the RAAC 4th Level AA Elite winner. Zac is proving to be an excellent schoolmaster patiently teaching me the FEI level work.
Working with Peggy to buy a horse is a very educational experience. Using her trained “S” Judge eye, Peggy makes sure that I understand the positives and negatives of every prospect we consider. Peggy also understands the value of a dollar and spends her client’s money like it was her own, a quality my husband is most grateful for given the high cost of good horses.
Peggy is willing to think outside the box to find the right horse for each client, regardless of breed or gender. Simply put, I have the utmost confidence in Peggy and she will always be a part of my horse purchase decisions. Although distance prevents me from training with her, Peggy continues to be a big support to me in fulfilling my equestrian dreams.

Horse shopping with Peggy was a very educational experience. I had a low-end budget and high-end hopes - temperament, soundness, training, and talent, only in Southern California. Peg used her trusted network of agents and sellers. After five pre-purchase exams in a year and a half, we found the one. My requirements included appropriate size for a petite rider and no grays. I am now the very happy owner of an FEI-level 17.2hh flea-bitten gray!

I first started training with Peggy in 2009. I had a lovely Arabian gelding, Call Me Sporty, who I brought to Peggy because I was struggling with him. Peggy worked with him and then showed him successfully in open dressage shows. However, after one season, it became clear, that while he was talented and progressing up the levels, he was not a suitable dressage mount for me as an ambitious adult amateur rider. Peggy found him a new home and a new job, selling him to a young woman who purchased him as a youth hunter/jumper pleasure horse, a job that turned out to suit him well.
Peggy quickly embraced the search for my next Arabian dressage horse, despite the advice of others who felt that I should get a warmblood. After 6 months of searching, Peggy helped me find and purchase my dream horse. PEM Orion (Ryan) has a fantastic disposition, clear gaits and solid training up through 4th level. With PEM Orion, I earned my USDF Bronze medal and competed at the Arabian Sport Horse Nationals in Idaho earning top 10 placings in 3rd level championship dressage classes. We also won several USDF All Breeds awards and regional championships, and RAAC competitions. I continue to enjoy this special horse as he is an exceptional trail horse. I love doing a challenging dressage lesson, then going out on the trail to cool down.
I heartily endorse Peggy as a knowledgeable and experienced trainer, coach and agent who works tirelessly on behalf of her clients. With her extensive knowledge and keen judge's eye she is a huge asset to clients looking for their next equine dressage partner. Thank you, Peggy!
